2017 will be the 3rd season for the Wind at Historic Clint Lightner Field in Garden City. In 2017 the Pecos League will be as close to a balanced schedule as ever. This reflects with the Wind playing 35 home games and 29 road games in 2017.
The Wind will play five different teams in 2017.
The Wind will play in the Mountain Division with Roswell, White Sands, Trinidad, Salina and Santa Fe.
The Wind open the regular season at home on May 25th against the Trinidad Triggers.

- The Wind play the Roswell Invaders 13 times
- The Wind play the Alpine Cowboys 11 times
- The Wind play the Santa Fe Fuego 10 times
- The Wind play the Trinidad Triggers 23 times
